Collected and remastered/re-recorded outtakes, b-sides and remixes from the LP "Postcards From Doomsday."

Carney: 'A year ago, I starting releasing a string of EPs with unfinished bits from "Postcards From Doomsday." All were released as rapidly as I could make them. It felt liberating to create and deliver at a reckless pace; there too was missing scope and polish.

"Substacks From Hell" collects and revisits those EPs, plus unheard covers and originals. All remixed and remastered, some entirely re-recorded, and some expanded by the talents of some of my best friends.
